Member Plus Headquarters: Most Valuable Player

Most Valuable Players (VSTARs) are volunteers who help keep Voobly a family-oriented place. When necessary, they remind players of the Voobly rules and etiquette.

The Most Valuable Player (VSTAR) program recognizes Voobly players who voluntarily assist other customers in member-to-member online services. VSTARs come from a wide range of backgrounds and professions, yet they all share one key characteristic: a willingness to give time, expertise, and advice to enhance other Voobly members’ technical skills. MVPs help make the product online service areas invaluable resources for peer assistance.

We usually obtain new Member Pluses from the VSTARs.

Most Valuable Players (VSTARs) are volunteers, who, like the Member Pluses, help keep Voobly a family-oriented place. When necessary, they remind players of Voobly rules and etiquette.

If you are interested in becoming a VSTAR, the best thing you can do is to increase your visibility by helping out your fellow gamers. A Member Plus may notice your contributions and recommend you as an MVP.

Voobly is always looking for VSTARS who are responsible, mature, regular players to help out in the game rooms.

If you are interested in becoming a VSTAR, send Voobly your name, e-mail address, the game rooms you would like to cover, the times that you are usually on Voobly, and the reasons why you would like to be an VSTAR. Voobly will add your name to the candidate list, and contact you by e-mail if you are selected.

Every month, we get dozens of applicants for VSTARS. Please don’t be offended if you are not contacted immediately. Voobly is expanding its program slowly, and is currently evaluating many potential VSTARS. Voobly looks for mature candidates with leadership potential who meet the current room and coverage requirements.

In our Voobly community we communicate mostly in the English language. Most of our work is done in English, but we hope that all Voobly documentation, software and installation will be available in many languages one day. We are constantly working towards that goal, however, many obstacles are still ahead. Voobly consists of volunteers, and we are generally looking for new volunteers who have some technical knowledge, an interest in gaming, and some free time.
