The following chart may be helpful in determining how you may share information that you receive with TLP markings. In all cases, if you and others are co-recipients of the same TLP-marked information, you may discuss and share that information with one another regardless of the TLP marking.

When you do so, you should mark it TLP:amber+strict to ensure, that the recipients do not further disseminate it to their constituents, as only you or your committe has been authorized to do that by the originator. Example: You assist a non-Level 4 Member Plus who has no access to the global Mute / Boot list by providing ban reason and expiry date of a player, that is asking in HR when his boot will expire. | ||
| You may NOT share TLP:amber+strict information with other Member Pluses without permissions. If further sharing is desired, contact the originator to request permission to share with other orgnizations (e. g. committees). Note: You may use this information to help other committees without disclosing the information. Example: You got a list with smurf accounts for a running tournament on Voobly. You may use this information to protect or assist Hosts without sharing the information to them. | ||
